It’s that time of year again, when we set goals for the next 365 days. So as we are at the start of 2019 – what are your New Year’s Resolutions?

Here are some of mine to help you brainstorm 2019 goals!

  • Lose 10 lbs
  • Save 100$ a month
  • Pay off credit card debt
  • Get 8 hours of sleep every night
