It’s Baby Bald Eagle Season!

As we are at the beginning of March, American Bald Eagles have started laying their eggs and waiting for them to hatch. Thankfully, the Minnesota DNR has the Eagle Cam up and running again for 2021!

Southeast Minnesota and Southwest Wisconsin both are known for their Bald Eagle populations along the Mississippi River. If you drive down 61 or 35, you’re almost guaranteed to see a Bald Eagle flying by.

January – February is the mating season for our nation’s bird. By early March, momma’s are laying their eggs and both parents are incubating the eggs. The Minnesota DNR has their yearly Eagle Cam up for this year – and there are eggs! Check it out here!
